Aaarogyam Club(Health)

Aaarogyam is a student club for health and fitness related activities and programs. The club organize and celebrates their major events like World Yoga day, art of Living activity, Aerobics, etc.

Yoga

Yoga activities are organized and performed by the club on the occasion of World Yoga day 21st- June, Every Year and to make aware peoples importance of yoga by taking the advantages of its attachment to Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar.

Stress Management

The club is organizing regular session for stress management for students during exams to teach them about how to handle pressure during those tense days.

Art of Living

Art of Living is the activity engaged in many social services. Its areas of work covers conflict resolution, disaster and trauma relief,  poverty alleviation, empowerment of women, prisoner rehabilitation, education for all, campaigns against female feticide and child labour and environment sustainability. The Aaarogyam Club is primarily responsible for the events.

Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibilitymuscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). The Aaarogyam Student club organizes Aerobic session on regular basis in presence of professional Aerobic trainer.
