B. Com (Hons.) – 3 Years

The Institute is currently running the following three Year B.Com. Programmes affiliated by Sri Dev Suman University, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand:

B.Com. program is running on semester basis. All B.Com. Programs are of three years i.e. six semesters duration. Odd semester runs between July to Dec and Even semester between Jan to June. In addition to regular semesters three mid-term exams are conducted during each semester for continuous evaluating the performance of the students.

Admission Offline/Online Process:

The online enquiry/registration /personal visit in campus are compulsory before admission. The admission can be taken through online by mailing or what’s app the documents and depositing the fees of Rs. 25,000/- by Cash/Cheque/DD/NEFT/RTGS as the confirmation of your seat in particular course which you choose or can be taken by visit the college along with documents.

The admission is based on merit basis only. The documents required at the time of admission are as under

(1) Award of Academic Excellence: All students who secure 80% and above marks in any semester will be given academic award of Rs.5,000/- subject to clearance of all the subjects of any semester in first attempt.

(2) The student securing more than 60 % (Agg.) in 12th Class and his/her parents belong to Armed Forces/Farmers/Freedom Fighter/Martyrs/Teachers/RCE'ians Siblings/Siblings/Orphan Child/College Employee shall be eligible for scholarship of 25% on tuition fees for first year only for 2023 and 2022 pass out.

(3) B.Tech/B.Pharma (Lateral) - Students securing more than 60% marks in Diploma/B.Sc. shall be eligible for B 25000 /-Scholarships for all three year.

(4) To promote the girls education in India: Scholarship of 25% on tuition fees for first year only.

(5) M.Tech. - Scholarship through AICTE for GATE-2023 qualified.

The all above scholarship is for limited candidates on first come first served basis. Scores/Marks/Grades/Ranks as required for award of scholarship should be without any Back/Improvement/Supplementary Papers. The candidate may choose any single scholarship in his/her own benefit. The scholarship is applicable for the current year pass out candidates only.

ISHAN UDAY - Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region

The Ministry of HRD and the University Grants Commission has taken special interest with regard to promotion of higher education in the NER. For improving the GER, promoting higher education and for encouraging children belonging to economically weaker section of the NE region, the UGC has decided to launch “Ishan Udaya” Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region from academic session 2014-15. Before launching the scheme the UGC undertook wide ranging consultations with State Governments and Central & State Universities of the NE region, the Ministry of HRD, the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, the North Eastern Council, Shillong and other stakeholders.

Admission Charges are non-refundable.
All applications for a refund and withdraw shall be submitted to and accepted at Registrar Office only. After consideration of application decision should be taken by the committee.
Fee shall be refunded after deduction of non-refundable admission fee and other charges. Fees deposited may be refunded on or before commencement of classes and no refund is permissible after the specified date.
Fees are not refundable after the commencement of the course or after the student stops attending or leave the course before its completion or are suspended by the college owing to non-attendance or misconduct.
A candidate who taken provisional admission due to non-declaration of their qualifying examination result are required to submit the marks sheet before submitting the enrollment form to University/Board or earlier as required by the University/Board. Such students will only be admitted after submitting an affidavit to prove their eligibility prior to exam. Refund of fees any case shall not be permissible.
Refund cheque will be issued Account Payable in the name of the concerned applicant after verification of document and receipt.

How to Request a Refund:

Applicant should write an application in detail to the Registrar attaching a copy of the letter to the Registrar notifying the withdrawal with the original Fee Receipt.
