About RCE

Dr. Bhupender Singh received the Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Master of Technology in Microelectronics (VLSI Design), Ph.D (Analog Design) and research work carried out at NSIT, Dwarka. He has published more than 20 research papers in international journals & International conference proceedings. His current research area is Analog Signal Processing Circuit and Mixed-Signal Design Circuit. He also works in emmbed system & robotics. He remained at various administarative positions such as controller of Examination, Dean Research and Development, Head Examiner and Observer for the University Examinations during his past 22 years of experience.

During my stay and by publishing papers in reputed international journals and developing chemicals better that foreign chemicals, I realized that we Indians have the intelligence, talent and the potential to be the more successful people in the world that is why we are running RCE Roorkee which will groom young future leaders to be complete value-driven human-being and competent professional with deep passion for humanity. These will be the people who will lead the world.
