Dear Students,

Welcome to Roorkee College of Engineering! I am sure that you will devote your time into academics and gain lot of experiences during your stay at the Institution and grow as an individual. As a member of the Institution community and the Dean Students Welfare, I encourage you to participate in your academic programs whole heartedly and also develop your skills and competence by participating in various activities of the Institution.The position of RCE as an exceptional knowledge epicenter of technological and management education provides a vibrant learning culture and ample leadership opportunities for our students.

The Office of the Dean Students & Welfare acts as a bridge between the students and the authorities and aims at addressing any problems and issues of the students and providing a solution to it. This office also ensures to provide facilities to the students, taking care of the needs of the students and also maintain discipline in the campus.

Welfare of the students in the campus is of utmost importance. Hence, it is assured that the health and well-being of the students will not be compromised and with this objective, various safety measures have been undertaken by us. Further, during your stay, you will be required to strictly adhere to the rules of the Institution and the Code of Conduct.

The Institution is a melting pot of different cultures and hence you will experience the unity in diversity in the college environment. I am sure, you will enjoy your time here and it will be a great learning experience for you.
